OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERS:
- Manufacturing defects
- Failures or breaking that render part or all of your product non-functional
OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains, or normal wear & tear
- Failures due to misuse, neglect, or intentional damage
- Lost or stolen items
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
WARRANTY CLAIMS:
In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your IDLokr product through our website, OUR Amazon or eBay Store. Purchases from authorized dealers of IDLokr products will need to be resolved through their individual store processes. Only GENUINE IDLokr products are covered under this warranty. If your product was a gift, we will need to have information on the gifting party in order to identify the purchase order number and affect a replacement.

WARRANTY PROCESS:
Once your warranty claim is approved, we will ask that you return your defective product to us at your expense and we will, at our expense, send you a new replacement product. If your product is discontinued or no longer available, we will work with you to provide a replacement product that is similar in form, function and design as your defective product (subject to availability).
